Dear Hanson:

I do not have the words to describe what a fantastic job Hanson Liang did to make my 21 day vacation to China a 100% success.
I brought my family of nine to see as much as possible of your beautiful country.
I was warned by many that I would not be able to arrange such a trip on my own.
It was Hanson Liang who from the start reassured me that this trip could be arranged exactly as I wanted.
He continued to keep in contact with me as the arrival date approached.
Apart from arranging our arrival and departure transfers in Beijing he was able to also put together our transfers in Shanghai, Xian, Guilin, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. I should point out beating out all others on price and service.
When their appeared to be a conflict or a schedule change he personally provided me with options. Did I also mention that even after booking and paying - he would later return and state he found a better rate and automatically refund the difference back to me. And all of this was working with a family of nine.
We insisted on a transfer to the Shanghai Railroad station even though he insisted it was so close we could walk over. He then stated to look at the distance once we were there and we still could cancel for a refund if desired. He was right. It was right next door.
Later when we were going to Hong Kong he sent us a surprise refund due to locating a much better price.
He made a point of giving us a detailed agenda of all of our transfers. He would send emails the day before each transfer with the exact name of the driver and with license plate number. We always knew where we would be met.
He clearly stated to which railroad station we were going to (each city always had a number of stations - north, south, etc.) to reassure us in advance that all was OK.
Bottom line is the trip was totally successful.
We had the best vacation ever. I am saying that after vacationing in countries all over the world.
I highly recommend Hanson Liang for his level of professionalism. I would personally seek him out if I was to return to China.
I guarantee I will highly recommend your services to family and friends.
