2, Shanghai Kowloon train ticket is sold 60 days before departure in Shanghai and Hong Kong. Please make your booking as soon as possible.

 

3, +1 = arrive the next day =1 night on board.

 

4, The price showed is only inclusive of face price, you also need pay 5% Paypal tax and Extra charge USD30 ( Service fee + delivery to your China hotel). We will deliver to your hotel in China on time after we purchase your tickets, if you haven't checked in, please inform the reception to collect the tickets for you.

 

5, After we purchased your tickets, we will send you a final confirmation letter, before that, you could change and cancel for free, after that you could go to train station done by yourself or email us that we could check the change or cancel fee for you with train station and try to help you done.

 

6, There have four railway stations in Shanghai ( Shanghai Train Station, Shanghai South Train Station, Shanghai Hongqiao Train Station and Shanghai West Train Station ). The red one is the right train station for the train T99.

 

7, You must arrive at the station at least 1 hour before your departure time. There will be a security check (including an airline-style luggage check) before enter the waiting hall. Passenger will be allowed board the train 30-40 minutes before departure time. Enter gate will be closed 5 minutes ago before departure.

 

8, If the passenger misses the train or lost tickets, the cost of the tickets can not be refund and he have to purchase another one. If passenger lost his tickets on board, he will be asked to buy another one when pass the arrival station. So do not lost your tickets.
